Shipping Coverage Area

We ship exclusively within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (EST)
  • Handling Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday) Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment from our domestic supplier network.

Transit & Delivery Estimates

  • Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 6 – 12 Business Days from the date of purchase. Note: For large/freight items, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery coordination.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your delivery in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has received the package.

We partner with established carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For oversized or heavy equipment, we utilize reputable freight carriers to ensure the safest delivery method for your order.

While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal volume. If a delay impacts your order, we will proactively notify you via email with an update.
