Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Window

At Eden Red Light, we want you to feel confident in your investment. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

Return Shipping & Labels

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items (Damaged/Seller Error): If your product arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, Eden Red Light covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You may use our prepaid labels for convenience, and the actual cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.

Restocking Fees

Eden Red Light does not charge restocking fees for returned items that meet our eligibility criteria.

How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@edenredlight.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the return shipping address or a prepaid label.
  3. Note: Please do not send items back without an RMA, as they may be refused or delayed.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed immediately and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Freight Deliveries: Damage must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Parcel Deliveries (UPS/FedEx): Damage must be reported within 15 days. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging in your email to help us expedite your replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once an order is in transit, it must follow the standard return process after delivery.
